摘要：江苏省位于我国沿海东部地区，科技经济发达，处于“一带一路”交汇点，国际科技合作活跃，成果显著。同时，江苏省拥有丰富的军民科技创新资源，形成了一大批军民两用技术成果。通过研究江苏省国际科技合作模式和军民科技创新资源禀赋优势，为“一带一路”建设中开展军民科技协同创新提供思路与方法。
Abstract: Jiangsu Province is located in the eastern coastal area of China, with developed technology and economy, and at the intersection of the "The Belt and Road". International scientific and technological cooperation is active and the results are remarkable. At the same time, Jiangsu Province has abundant military and civilian scientific and technological innovation resources, and has formed a large number of dual-use technology achievements. By studying the international scientific and technological cooperation model of Jiangsu Province and the advantages of military-civilian scientific and technological innovation resources, it provides ideas and methods for the development of military-civilian scientific and technological collaborative innovation in the construction of the "The Belt and Road".
