Emergency Preplan System and Suggestions for Power Grid Communication Enterprises

摘要：本文以新版生产经营单位安全生产应急预案编制导则等为基础，以某省网信息通信公司编制的应急预案体系框架及内容为例，分析了该公司应急预案体系中存在的问题并提出了增加专项预案数目、精简预案结构等建议，以此提高公司应急预案体系的全面性以及应急预案的实用性。
Abstract: Based on the new version of production and business units' guiding principles for the compilation of production safety emergency plan, taking the framework and content of the emergency plan system prepared by a provincial network information and communication company as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the emergency plan system of the company and puts forward some suggestions, such as increasing the number of special plans and simplifying the plan structure. So as to improve the comprehensiveness of the company's emergency plan system and the practicality of emergency plan.
