摘要: 鉴于限高地下室的复杂结构给建筑设计带来的巨大风险,利用层次分析法对该类建筑设计的方案设计阶段、扩初设计阶段以及施工配合设计阶段进行风险评估,并在此基础上结合智慧建造技术给出相应对策,为限高地下室设计提供风险管理依据。
Abstract: In view of the great risk to architectural design brought by the complex structure of the high basement, the risk assessment of the design stage, the initial design stage and the construction coordination design stage of the building design by using hierarchical analysis method is used, and on this basis, the corresponding countermeasures are given in combination with the intelligent construction technology to provide risk management basis for the design of the limited height basement.
