Research on the Theory and Model of Strategic Management of Health Industry Park

摘要：健康产业园是指因受健康产业发展动力的驱使，相关健康产业为了更好的从事和发展健康产业，形成以健康产业为核心业务的产业园区。本文探讨健康产业园的基本理论和机制模型。主要包括其产业集群特点，产业链条，要素模型，发展目标，内外部发展环境，驱动机制，发展战略制定、实施，效益评估等。
Abstract: Health Care Industrial Park refers to an industrial park with health industry as the core business in order to better engage in and develop health industry driven by the development power of health industry. This paper discusses the basic theory and mechanism model of Health Industrial Park. It mainly includes its industrial cluster characteristics, industrial chain, factor model, development objectives, internal and external development environment, driving mechanism, formulation and implementation of development strategy, benefit evaluation, etc.
