Taking Baiguan Clothing Town in Zhuzhou City as an Example

摘要： 产业转型升级是现今的热门话题，特别是在由传统中小型产业聚集区，其转型升级道路尤为艰难。本文以湖南省特色工业小镇——株洲市芦淞区白关服饰小镇为例，通过对小镇服饰产业的发展与研究，讨论其转型升级的方法与路径。研究认为：现阶段，白关服饰小镇面临着生产配套滞后、高端服饰人才缺乏、原创品牌附加值低，龙头企业缺乏等问题，完成白关服饰小镇服饰产业的转型升级需要积极应对挑战，在塑造产业核心、延伸产业极核、强化配套支撑等方面作出努力，全力推进全国最具影响力的千亿级纺织服饰功能性产业集群建设，打造“中国时尚服饰小镇”名片。
Abstract: Industrial transformation and upgrading is a hot topic today, especially in areas where traditional small and medium-sized industries gather, and the road to transformation and upgrading is particularly difficult. This paper takes the characteristic industrial town of Hunan Province-Baiguan Clothing Town, Lusong District, Zhuzhou City as an example, and discusses the methods and paths of its transformation and upgrading through the development and research of the town's clothing industry. The research believes that: at this stage, Baiguan Clothing Town is facing problems such as lagging production facilities, lack of high-end clothing talents, low added value of original brands, and lack of leading enterprises. To complete the transformation and upgrading of the clothing industry in Baiguan Clothing Town, it is necessary to actively respond to challenges. Efforts will be made in shaping the core of the industry, extending the core of the industry, strengthening supporting support, etc., and making every effort to promote the construction of the country's most influential textile and apparel functional industrial cluster of 100 billion yuan, and create a "China Fashion and Apparel Town" business card.
