Construction Technology of Hoisting Super-long Steel Cover Beam across Existing Expressway

摘要： 随着粤港澳大湾区规划的提出，珠三角地区公路建设加速发展，高速公路扩建进入快车道。中山市横四线西段公路工程上跨广珠西线高速公路，原设计预留高速公路双向六车道空间，且已组织非跨线部分施工。结合横四线已施工情况及高速公路扩建空间需求，同时考虑施工对既有高速公路行车的影响，横四线跨高速段设计调整为钢盖梁门架墩结构，采取限时封闭高速公路，用轮胎起重机对钢盖梁进行快速吊装。
Abstract: With the proposal of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area planning, the development of highway construction in the Pearl River Delta region has accelerated, and the expansion of expressways has entered the fast lane. The highway project of the west section of the Hengsi Line in Zhongshan City crosses the Guangzhou-Zhuhai West Line Expressway. The original design reserved two-way six-lane space for the expressway, and the construction of the non-cross-line part has been organized. Combined with the construction of the horizontal fourth line and the expansion space requirements of the expressway, and considering the impact of the construction on the traffic of the existing expressway, the design of the cross-high-speed section of the horizontal fourth line is adjusted to the steel cover beam gantry pier structure, and the expressway is closed for a limited time. The steel cover beam is quickly hoisted by the tire crane.
