Evaluating the Life of Nuclear Power Instrumentation and Control Equipment Using the Identification Method of Easily Aging Components

摘要:通过识别核电仪控设备中的易老化元件,并根据易老化元件的经验反馈数据、现场设备运行温度、厂家耐久性实验数据等评估易老化元件的预期寿命,并以最短寿命元件作为设备预期寿命用于维修策略管理。该方法在实现较为精确的核电仪控设备预期寿命评估的同时成本较低,在核电站使用效果良好。
Abstract: By identifying the aging components in nuclear electric instrument control equipment, the life expectancy of aging components was evaluated according to the experience feedback data of aging components, the operating temperature of equipment in the field, and the durability test data of manufacturers. The shortest life of components were used as the equipment's life for maintenance strategy management. This method achieves more accurate life expectancy assessment of nuclear electric instrument control equipment with lower cost and good application effect in nuclear power plants.
