Construction Technique of Prefabricated Non-sleeve Rubber Spring Floating Slab Track

摘要：预制无套筒式橡胶弹簧浮置板道床作为一种特殊减振道床目前在地铁建设中应用较少，尚不为人熟知，能够借鉴的施工经验也较少。结合工程应用实例，详细介绍了无套筒式橡胶弹簧预制板浮置板道床施工工法的特点、施工工艺流程及各施工工序中的操作要点、质量控制措施等，以利于该技术在现场施工中应用。
Abstract: The prefabricated non-sleeve rubber spring floating slab track bed is one of the special vibration-damping track beds. It is currently seldom used in subway construction, so it is not well known, and there are few construction experiences that can be used for reference. In view of this, combining engineering application examples, it introduces in detail the characteristics of the construction method of the prefabricated non-sleeve rubber spring floating slab track bed, the construction process, the operation points in each construction process, and the quality control measures.The purpose is to facilitate the application of this technology in on-site construction.
