摘要： 本文基于全生命周期管理模型，结合天津市轨道交通存量PPP项目的具体案例，从资产管理的目标与任务出发，通过对轨道交通存量PPP项目资产管理的现状进行分析，构造全生命周期管理模型，以全新视角提出存量PPP项目各阶段的对策和建议。
Abstract: Based on the life cycle theory management model, this paper combines the specific cases of Tianjin existing rail transit PPP projects, starting from the goals and tasks of asset management, constructs a life cycle management model by analyzing the current situation of the asset management of existing rail transit PPP projects and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for each stage of existing PPP projects from a new perspective.
