Research on Cost Management of State Grid Corporation

摘要： 本文选择国家电网公司作为实例对象。首先，对国家电网公司在成本管理上的取得的进展、存在的挑战等现状进行分析。其次，分析国家电网2017-2021年财务报告得出与成本管理相关的结论。然后，分析国家电网存在的问题和原因。最后，总结得出一系列提高成本管理在国家电网中应用的对策。
Abstract: This paper selects State Grid Corporation as the instance object. First of all, it analyzes the status quo of State Grid Corporation's cost management progress and existing challenges. Secondly, the analysis of State Grid's 2017-2021 financial report draws conclusions related to cost management. Then, analyze the problems and causes of the State Grid. Finally, a series of countermeasures to improve the application of cost management in the State Grid are summarized.
