Research on Comprehensive Simulation and Allocation of Water Resources Based on WAS Model

摘要: 为进一步提高水资源优化配置水平,开展基于WAS模型的水资源综合模拟与调配研究。从水资源模拟相关要素分析出发,研究了产流模拟、河流汇流模拟、再生水模拟等,并分析水资源配置相关的供需关系,以此构建水资源综合模拟与调配模型。以WAS模型为基础,分析了河道水量平衡、水库/湖泊水量平衡、地下水水量平衡、再生水水量平衡等,以此实现单元水量平衡分析与水资源科学合理调配。实例分析表明:WAS模型能够较为准确地实现水资源的综合模拟与调配,为区域水资源管理起到参考作用。
Abstract: In order to further improve the optimal allocation level of water resources, the research on comprehensive simulation and allocation of water resources based on WAS model is carried out. Based on the analysis of relevant elements of water resources simulation, this paper studies runoff generation simulation, river confluence simulation and reclaimed water simulation, and analyzes the supply-demand relationship related to water resources allocation, so as to build a comprehensive simulation and allocation model of water resources. Based on the WAS model, the river water balance, reservoir/lake water balance, groundwater water balance and reclaimed water water water balance are analyzed, so as to realize the unit water balance analysis and scientific and reasonable allocation of water resources. The example analysis shows that the WAS model can accurately realize the comprehensive simulation and allocation of water resources, and play a reference role for regional water resources management.
