Research on Hot Diaphragm Forming Process of Carbon Fiber Composite T-shaped Truss Part

摘要: 热隔膜预成型技术是近年逐渐发展成熟的一种复合材料产品的预成型技术,普遍适用于复材产品中常见的T形长桁、帽形长桁、C形梁、L形角材等诸多结构。本文采用自动铺带设备及自动热隔膜预成型设备,制造了碳纤维复合材料T形长桁零件,并在热压罐中进行固化。设定3个实验组,通过控制变量、完善参数设定等,展开实验研究。结果表明,优化参数后的实验件,产品R角光滑无褶皱,产品表面质量良好。
Abstract: Hot diaphragm preforming technology is a mature preforming technology for composite products in recent years, which is widely used in T-shaped stringer, hat-shaped stringer, C-shaped beam, L-shaped angle and many other common structures in composite products. In this paper, carbon fiber composite T-shaped stringer parts were manufactured by using automatic tape-laying equipment and automatic thermal diaphragm preforming equipment, and cured in autoclave. Three experimental groups were set up, and the experimental study was carried out by controlling variables and improving parameter settings. The results show that the R angle of the product is smooth without wrinkles, and the surface quality of the product is good.
