摘要: 由于沪通长江大桥主桥架梁施工的需要,由中铁工业九桥公司为沪通长江大桥主桥专门打造的“空中造桥机”——1800t桅杆式架梁起重机,文章对1800t桅杆式桥面架梁起重机的结构与整机采用的三点均衡吊装系统的设计理念进行了详细阐述,采用吊装实验分析得到吊点的同步性对吊点负载的影响值,当三吊点同步性在80mm以内时,可满足三吊点受力偏差不超过10%的要求,为架梁起重机的设计发展提供了思路与借鉴。
Abstract: Due to the need for the construction of the main bridge girders of the Shanghai-Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge, the
"airborne bridge-building machine"—1800t mast-type girder crane specially built by the China Railway Industry Nine Bridge Company for the main bridge of the Shanghai-Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge. The structure of the beam crane and the design concept of the three-point balanced hoisting system used in the whole machine are elaborated. The effect of the synchronization of the hoisting point on the load of the hoisting point is obtained by the analysis of the hoisting experiment. When the synchronization of the three hoisting points is within 80mm, It can meet the requirement that the stress deviation of the three crane points does not exceed 10%, and provides ideas and reference for the design and development of the beam crane.
