On the Characteristics of YZR Series Motors and the Determination Method of Working System and Load Duration Rate

摘要:YZR系列绕线式三相异步电动机能满足高惯量传动要求,能承受高冲击载荷,能适应较高超速,能频繁起动、制动、反转,因其具有较高的机械强度、较大的过载能力和较好的动态机械特性,所以在起重、冶金行业应用比较广泛。本文对YZR系列绕线式三相异步电动机的性能特点、结构特点,使用中的注意事项进行了简单的阐述,并将如何选取YZR系列电动机工作制、负载持续率进行了简单剖析。
Abstract: YZR series wound three-phase asynchronous motor can meet the requirements of high inertia transmission, can withstand high impact load, can adapt to high overspeed, and can frequently start, brake and reverse. Large overload capacity and good dynamic mechanical characteristics, so it is widely used in lifting and metallurgical industries. This paper briefly expounds the performance characteristics, structural characteristics and precautions in use of YZR series wound three-phase asynchronous motors, and briefly analyzes how to select the working system and load duration rate of YZR series motors.
