Analysis and Research on Mining Design of an Open-pit Coal Mine

摘要:为了设计某露天煤矿生产能力满足年产量为70万吨,通过对该煤矿附近的交通量进行统计分析和地形地貌进行现场勘查,加之水文地质及地质构造进行研究,设计其开拓方式采用煤岩分流组沟开拓,开采方式采用单斗挖掘机采装—自卸汽车运输—推土机排土的间断式开采工艺,排土方式以外排为主,在生产应急、抢险等特殊情况下在采场安排内排;采煤作业参数工作线沿煤层走向布置,分台阶水平推进扩帮。该煤矿现采场内主要开采煤层为N17-1、N17-2、N15-1 、N15-1(辅)共四层煤层,采场内煤层以暗淡型为主,半暗淡型及半亮型次之,层状或块状结构;具暗淡沥青光泽,间夹透镜状光亮煤带和木煤体,质较硬;一般比重较大,层面偶见黄铁矿伴生。
Abstract: In order to design the production capacity of an open-pit coal mine to meet the annual output of 700,000 tons, through the statistical analysis of the traffic volume near the coal mine, the on-site survey of the topography and geomorphology, and the research on the hydrogeology and geological structure, the development method of coal mine is designed. Rock diversion trench development, the mining method adopts the intermittent mining process of single bucket excavator mining and loading-dump truck transportation-bulldozer dumping, the dumping method is mainly external drainage, in the stope under special circumstances such as production emergency and emergency rescue Arrange the inner row; the coal mining operation parameters work line is arranged along the direction of the coal seam, and the expansion is promoted horizontally in steps. The main mining coal seams in the current stope of this coal mine are N17-1, N17-2, N15-1, and N15-1 (auxiliary), a total of four coal seams. The coal seams in the stope are mainly dim, semi-dark and semi-bright. Next, layered or massive structure; with dull asphalt luster, interspersed with lenticular bright coal belt and wood coal body, hard in quality; generally larger in specific gravity, occasionally associated with pyrite in the layer.
