摘要:本文主要介绍了在淮安德科半导体码项目生产车间主体结构施工中,由于项目主体结构高度较高且面积较大,因此对外墙钢管脚手架搭设要求很高,不但要满足施工需求,而且架体还要具有足够的安全性和稳定性。项目部通过钢管脚手架结构布置形式进行认真分析和计算,使得钢管脚手架不但满足了现场施工要求,而且脚手架在受到施工荷载和外界环境影响时依然具有足够的安全性和稳定性,保证了施工人员的安全。同时由于架体连墙件位置布置合理,使得脚手架拆除也避免了对主体结构的影响。该外墙脚手架的布置形式及施工工艺也为类似大型厂房外架的施工提供了一种解决思路。
Abstract: This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of the main structure of the production workshop of Huai'an Deke semiconductor code project, due to the high height and large area of the main structure of the project, there are high requirements for the erection of external wall steel pipe scaffold, which should not only meet the construction needs, but also have sufficient safety and stability. The project department carefully analyzes and calculates the structural layout of steel pipe scaffold, so that the steel pipe scaffold not only meets the requirements of on-site construction, but also has sufficient safety and stability when affected by construction load and external environment, so as to ensure the safety of construction personnel. At the same time, due to the reasonable layout of the wall connecting parts of the frame, the removal of the support also avoids the impact on the main structure. The layout form and construction technology of the outer wall scaffold also provide a solution for the construction of the outer frame of similar large-scale plant.
