To Realize Digital Construction through Collaborative Application of BIM and Enterprise Digital Management Platform

摘要：疫情加速了建筑企业运营和管理转型升级的步伐，加快建设企业的信息化技术、推进工程项目管理数字化，将成为建筑企业发展改革的大趋势，是彰显建筑企业竞争优势的关键。主要以公司在“新冠肺炎”疫情期间，利用BIM(建筑信息模型)与企业数字化管理平台的协同应用，在工程项目的施工过程中，以“线上”管控的模式，有效的提高了工程项目管理过程中的各层级，各阶段之间的数据集成和共享，促进技术、成本和管理三个层面的互通与协同。
Abstract: The epidemic has accelerated the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises' operation and management. Accelerating the information technology of construction enterprises and promoting the digitization of engineering project management will become the general trend of the development and reform of construction enterprises and the key to highlight the competitive advantage of construction enterprises. This article mainly uses covid-19 (BIM) (building information model) and enterprise digital management platform in the process of "new crown pneumonia". During the construction process, the "online" mode of control is used to effectively improve the level of data integration and sharing among different stages in the project management process, and promote the three levels of interoperability and collaboration in the process of technology, cost and management.
