Preparation and Performance Study of C50 Prestressed Concrete in Plateau Mountain Climate

摘要:论文研究了河砂、水洗机制砂和普通机制砂对T梁C50预应力混凝土工作性能、力学性能的影响规律,砂率对混凝土性能的影响规律,以及水洗机制砂搭配粉煤灰或矿渣粉对混凝土性能影响的优劣,最后分析了水洗机制砂石粉含量对C50预应力混凝土抗开裂和抗水渗性能的影响规律。通过研究表明:用水洗机制砂配制C50预应力混凝土,砂率在40%时,混凝土的工作性能在河砂混凝土与普通机制砂混凝土之间,力学性能最优,使用粉煤灰的效果优于矿渣粉,且混凝土的抗开裂和抗水渗性能在水洗机制砂石粉含量为7%时最优。
Abstract: This paper studies the influence law of river sand, water-washed machine-made sand and ordinary machine-made sand on the working performance and mechanical properties of T-beam C50 prestressed concrete, the influence law of sand ratio on concrete performance, and the combination of water-washed machine-made sand with fly ash or slag. Finally, the influence law of the content of water-washing machine-made sand and gravel powder on the anti-cracking and anti-water seepage properties of C50 prestressed concrete was analyzed. The research shows that when the C50 prestressed concrete is prepared by washing machine-made sand, when the sand ratio is 40%, the working performance of the concrete is between the river sand concrete and the ordinary machine-made sand concrete, and the mechanical properties are the best, and the effect of using fly ash is better than slag powder, and the anti-cracking and anti-water seepage properties of concrete are optimal when the content of water-washed machine-made sand and gravel powder is 7%.
