摘要：安全管理作为企业发展的立足之本，必须作为企业管理的重中之重，必须将安全管理融入到未来智能制造过程的数字化管理体系。公司以职业健康、安全、环保管理体系、安全生产标准化为基础，建立数字化系统，以业务模块为载体，以大数据分析为依托，以工位和网格为抓手，及时发现和解决管理问题和缺陷，最终实现大幅提升企业管理效率，为企业健康发展奠定了扎实的基础。
Abstract: As the foundation of enterprise development, safety management must be the top priority of enterprise management, and safety management must be integrated into the digital management system of the future intelligent manufacturing process. Based on the occupational health, safety, environmental protection management system and safety production standardization, the company establishes a digital system, takes business modules as the carrier, relies on big data analysis, and uses workstations and grids as the starting point to discover and solve management problems in a timely manner and defects, and ultimately achieve a substantial improvement in enterprise management efficiency, laying a solid foundation for the healthy development of the enterprise.
