摘要：基础设施建设状况象征着一个国家的综合实力水平，并且项目投融资风险控制对其建设和发展产生了重要意义，经过这些年的不断发展基础设施建设已经演变成一种新的投融资方式，面对这种局势围绕建设工程基础设施项目，对其投融资及风险管控措施进行深入研究，以期更好的改善基础设施项目的投融资环境，尽可能减少企业投融资方面的风险。
Abstract: The status of infrastructure construction symbolizes the comprehensive strength level of a country, and the risk control of project investment and financing is of great significance to its construction and development. After years of continuous development, infrastructure construction has evolved into a new investment and financing method. Faced with this situation, we will focus on the construction of engineering infrastructure projects, and conduct in-depth research on their investment and financing and risk management and control measures, in order to better improve the investment and financing environment of infrastructure projects, and minimize corporate investment and financing risks.
