Research on the Evaluation of High-quality Development of Regional Manufacturing in Zhejiang Province Driven by Innovation

摘要:从创新驱动视角构建包含4个一级指标和19个二级指标的制造业高质量发展综合评价体系,且利用层次分析法和熵权法对浙江省各城市制造业高质量发展进行比较分析。研究结果表明:从综合来看,杭州和宁波市处于领先地位,舟山相对落后;在经济效益和创新驱动方面,杭州市与宁波市也领先于其他城市,舟山市最差;在对外开放方面,嘉兴市居于第一的位置,温州市排名最后;在绿色发展方面,舟山市排名第一,杭州市分数最低。最后对浙江省制造业高质量发展提出相应的建议措施。
Abstract: From an innovation-driven perspective, a comprehensive evaluation system for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is constructed, which includes 4 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators, and the high-quality development of manufacturing in cities in Zhejiang Province is compared using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. analyze. The research results show that: from a comprehensive point of view, Hangzhou and Ningbo are in the leading position, and Zhoushan is relatively backward; in terms of economic efficiency and innovation drive, Hangzhou and Ningbo are also ahead of other cities, and Zhoushan is the worst; in terms of opening to the outside world, Jiaxing ranked first, and Wenzhou ranked last; in terms of green development, Zhoushan ranked first, and Hangzhou scored the lowest. Finally, corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province.
