Discussion on the Practice of Differentiated Toll Collection on Expressways

摘要：为了进一步深化交通运输领域供给侧结构性改革，提高公路路网运输效率和服务水平，交通运输部门着力加强政策引导，推进收费公路制度和管理服务创新，推广差异化收费，促进物流降本增效，让公众享受改革发展红利。基于此，本文围绕实施差异化收费的意义及实践展开研究，简要阐述经济发展形势下实施差异化收费的现实意义，分析总结差异化收费实施效果，希望能为相关单位不断优化完善高速公路差异化收费长效机制提供借鉴。
Abstract: In order to further deepen the supply-side structural reform in the transportation field and improve the transportation efficiency and service level of the road network, the transportation department focuses on strengthening policy guidance, promoting the innovation of toll road system and management services, promoting differentiated toll collection, and promoting logistics cost reduction and efficiency increase and let the public enjoy the dividends of reform and development. Based on this, this paper focuses on the significance and practice of implementing differentiated toll collection, briefly expounds the practical significance of implementing differentiated toll collection under the situation of economic development, analyzes and summarizes the implementation effect of differentiated toll collection, and it is hoped that it can provide reference for relevant units to continuously optimize and improve the long-term mechanism of differentiated toll collection on expressways.
