Measurement Analysis of Xuzhou Manufacturing Industry High-quality Development Based on Entropy -TOPSIS Model

摘要:为了推进徐州制造业高质量发展,科学合理地测度与分析该市制造业高质量发展水平并提出相应的对策建议具有重要的现实意义。文章选取徐州2013-2020年相关数据,运用熵权-TOPSIS评价模型,从创新能力、经济效益、绿色发展3个维度对该市制造业高质量发展水平进行测度与分析。结果表明:徐州制造业高质量发展水平总体呈现上升趋势;创新能力是影响徐州制造业高质量发展水平的主要因素;制造业绿色化发展是高质量发展的重要方向;绿色科技是徐州制造业高质量发展的新方向。基于此,为了加快提升徐州制造业高质量发展水平,提高区域竞争力,文章也提出了相应的对策建议:加强科学统筹规划;加强基础研发,发挥创新主体地位;发展循环经济,推进制造业绿色化生产。
Abstract: In order to promote the high-quality development of Xuzhou manufacturing industry, it is of great practical significance to measure and analyze the high-quality development level of Xuzhou manufacturing industry scientifically and rationally put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper selects the relevant data of Xuzhou from 2013 to 2020, and uses the entropy-weight TOPSIS evaluation model to measure and analyze the high-quality development level of Xuzhou manufacturing industry from the three dimensions of innovations ability, economic benefit and green development. The results show that the high-quality development level of Xuzhou manufacturing industry is on the rise. Innovation ability is the main factor affecting the high-quality development level of Xuzhou manufacturing industry. The green development of manufacturing industry is an important direction of high-quality development. Green technology is the new direction of the high-quality development of Xuzhou manufacturing industry. Based on this, in order to accelerate the high-quality development level of Xuzhou manufacturing industry and improve regional competitiveness, the article also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: strengthen scientific overall planning; We will strengthen the basic research and development and give play to the leading role in innovation. We will develop a circular economy and promote green manufacturing.
