Research on the Coupling Coordination of Strategic Emerging Industry Agglomeration, Financial Industry Development and Henan's New Urbanization

摘要：正确处理战略性新兴产业集群、金融发展和新型城镇化发展，促进地区间更好的平衡，是我国以及河南省各地区实现跨越式提升的主要问题。本文利用熵权法衡量河南省18个地级市战略性新兴产业发展程度并尝试引入模糊综合评价对样本地区金融产业和新城镇化发展水平进行测度；采用非线性广义相关系数进行相关性分析；最后衡量系统间耦合协调程度，从而提出战略性新兴产业和金融产业融合发展视角下的河南新型城镇化高质量发展建议。
Abstract: Correctly handling strategic emerging industrial clusters, financial development and new-type urbanization development, and promoting a better balance between regions are the main issues for my country and various regions in Henan Province to achieve leapfrog improvement. This paper uses the entropy weight method to measure the development level of strategic emerging industries in 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province, and attempts to introduce fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to measure the development level of the financial industry and new urbanization in the sample areas; the nonlinear generalized correlation coefficient is used for correlation analysis; Finally, the degree of coupling and coordination between systems is measured, so as to put forward suggestions for the high-quality development of Henan's new urbanization from the perspective of the integrated development of strategic emerging industries and financial industries.
