摘要:针对国内首套移动床轻烃芳构化装置投产后粉尘量高的问题,进行了分析总结。详细研究了粉尘给装置生产运行带来的影响,并结合工艺及工程特点进行了分析,提出了优化和改进措施。提高了该技术的适应性和市场竞争力,为轻烃资源高效利用新技术的平稳投产奠定了基础。
Abstract: In view of the problem of high dust volume after the first moving bed light hydrocarbon aromatization unit in China was put into operation, an analysis and summary were made. The influence of dust on the production and operation of the device is studied in detail, and the process and engineering characteristics are analyzed, and optimization and improvement measures are proposed. The adaptability and market competitiveness of the technology have been improved, and the foundation has been laid for the smooth production of the new technology for efficient utilization of light hydrocarbon resources.
