Analysis on the Basic Design of Hengqin Hospital

摘要:横琴医院位于广东省珠海市横琴新区,按三甲综合医院标准建设,主要功能为门诊、医技、科研和病房等。此场地存在超厚淤泥层及砂层,如何在设计中化解由此带来的施工建造问题,成为了本项目的重点。考虑到软土地区地质情况和基坑支护的受力要求,本文详细介绍了嵌岩桩单桩竖向抗压承载力、桩身承载力、负摩阻力、桩身压屈稳定、桩身裂缝、桩身极限承载力及桩基检测对灌注桩最终承载力取值的影响,并由此提出了施工注意事项,以保证供项目的顺利实施,文中相关设计参数可供同行参考。
Abstract: Hengqin Hospital is located in Hengqin New District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. It is constructed according to the standard of a third-class general hospital. Its main functions are outpatient clinic, medical technology, scientific research and ward. There are ultra-thick silt layers and sand layers in this site, and how to resolve the construction problems caused by this in the design has become the focus of this project. Taking into account the geological conditions of soft soil areas and the stress requirements of foundation pit support, this paper introduces in detail the vertical compressive bearing capacity of rock-socketed piles, the bearing capacity of the pile body, the negative friction resistance, the compressive and buckling stability of the pile body, the pile body The influence of cracks, ultimate bearing capacity of pile body and pile foundation detection on the final bearing capacity of cast-in-place piles, and the construction precautions are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. The relevant design parameters in this paper can be used for reference by peers.
