Static Load Test Scheme and Result Analysis of Complex Bridges

摘要:《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTG3362-2018)4.1.7条文明确提出对弯、宽、斜及变宽或者分岔等复杂混凝土桥梁结构可以采用实体有限元或者附录A的实用精细化分析模型计算;本文以安徽省道S351六安至舒城段(棠树至孔集)升级改建工程K65+552.701主线桥为例,通过建立杆系模型和实体模型,编制荷载试验方案,以满足规范精细化的分析要求;结合实测的荷载试验数据与理论数据进行对比分析,提出一种满足静载试验分析准确度的静载检测方法。
Abstract: Clause 4.1.7 of "Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts" (JTG3362-2018) clearly states that complex concrete bridge structures such as curved, wide, inclined and widened or bifurcated structures can adopt solid finite element or Appendix A This paper takes the K65+552.701 main line bridge of the upgrading and reconstruction project of Anhui Provincial Highway S351 from Lu'an to Shucheng (Tangshu to Kongji) as an example, and prepares the load test by establishing the rod system model and the solid model. To meet the analysis requirements of specification and refinement, a static load detection method that satisfies the analysis accuracy of static load test is proposed by comparing and analyzing the measured load test data and theoretical data.
