Installation of the Crane in the HK Workshop of the EPR Reactor Nuclear Power Plant during the On-site Use Stage

摘要:本文对EPR堆型核电厂燃料装卸储存系统重要设备HK厂房吊车的安装特点及存在的问题从设计、土建、安装等方面进行了深入分析,总结了HK厂房吊车安装过程中轨道调整、吊车就位等关键环节的技术要求及控制要点。笔者根据以往的施工经验,重点分析了HK厂房吊车安装的关键控制点,提出了HK厂房吊车安装的质量风险控制点和相应的预防措施,对HK厂房吊车的安装有较大的指导意义。
Abstract: HK building crane is the important equipment for fuel handling and storage system of EPR nuclear power plant. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of its installation characteristics and existing problems from aspects of design, civil construction and installation. It also summarizes the technical requirements and control points of the key links such as rail adjustment and crane placement in the installation process of HK building crane. According to the previous construction experience, the author analyzes the key control points of HK building crane installation, and puts forward the quality risk control points and corresponding preventive measures, which has great guiding significance for HK building crane installation.
