Research on Construction Control Technology of Single-pylon Central Cable-surface Steel-concrete Composite Beam Cable-stayed Bridge

摘要:闵浦三桥是上海市西部的一条重要过江通道,采用独塔中央双索面钢-混凝土组合梁斜拉桥的结构形式,作为上海市品质工程试点项目之一,本项目对工程建造精度提出了较高的要求。为使该桥建成后线形及应力均达到设计目标,本文依据其结构及施工特点,采取针对性的施工控制策略。施工控制成果表明,主桥成桥线形与内力控制符合预期目标要求,索力及线形误差显著小于控制误差,建造品质得到保障与提升。
Abstract: Minpu Third Bridge is an important river crossing in the west of Shanghai. It adopts the structural form of a single-pylon central double-cable plane steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge. put forward higher requirements. In order to make the alignment and stress of the bridge reach the design goal after completion, this paper adopts a targeted construction control strategy according to its structure and construction characteristics. The construction control results show that the alignment and internal force control of the main bridge meets the expected target requirements, the cable force and alignment errors are significantly smaller than the control errors, and the construction quality is guaranteed and improved.
