Positioning and Detection System of Pipeline Internal Detector Based on Internet of Things Technology

摘要:针对目前管道内检测器实时位置信息离线反馈不及时的问题,提出了一种基于物联网技术的管道内检测器实时定位通信系统。本设计以LORA通信技术为核心,以STM32控制器为设计主体,重点阐述了系统的工作原理以及硬件电路的组成、设计等,并对通信系统的性能进行了实验验证。结果表明,基于物联网技术的管道内检测器定位通信系统可实现1000米的通信距离,满足实际现场检测通信需求,可及时获取检测器通过定位点的相关信息,对保障和提升管道内检测技术的发展具有重要意义。
Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the real-time position information of the detector in pipeline is not timely feedback offline, a real-time positioning communication system of the detector in pipeline based on the Internet of Things technology is proposed. This design takes LORA communication technology as the core, STM32 controller as the design main body, focuses on the working principle of the system and the composition and design of the hardware circuit, and carries on the experimental verification of the performance of the communication system. The results show that the positioning communication system of in-pipeline detector based on the Internet of Things technology can achieve a communication distance of 1000 meters, meet the actual communication needs of on-site detection, and timely obtain the relevant information of the detector passing location point, which is of great significance to guarantee and improve the development of in-pipeline detection technology.
