Study on Fluorine Removal Technology of High Fluorine Alkaline Wastewater in Lead-zinc Smelting Industry

摘要: 针对铅锌冶炼系统中产生的高氟碱洗废水,研究了化学沉淀法和吸附法对氟化物的处理效果,考察了药剂种类、药剂投加量、pH对氟化物去除的影响。实验结果表明,用硫酸调节废水的pH=2,再加入石灰调节pH=12,氟化物可以从1075mg/L被处理到32mg/L,石灰除氟后液用活性氧化铝吸附深度除氟,进水流量为10BV/h,氟化物可被去除到5mg/L以下,达到《铅锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)的特别排放标准限值。
Abstract: Aiming at the high fluorine alkali washing wastewater produced in lead-zinc smelting system, the treatment effects of chemical precipitation and adsorption on fluoride were studied, and the effects of reagent type, dosage and pH on fluoride removal were investigated. The experimental results show that by adjusting the pH of wastewater with sulfuric acid=2 and then adding lime to adjust pH=12, fluoride can be treated from 1075mg/L to 32mg/L. after chemical precipitation, fluoride can be deeply removed with activated alumina adsorption. The influent flow is 10BV/h, and fluoride can be removed below 5mg/L, which meets the special discharge standard limit of the discharge standard of pollutants for lead-zinc industry (GB 25466-2010).
