Research on Mixture Proportion Design and Mechanical Properties of Ceramsite Concrete

摘要: 陶粒混凝土轻质多孔,具有较好的保温隔热性能,是制作外墙的理想材料。但是由于陶粒吸水率大、强度低,陶粒混凝土制备过程中易出现骨料上浮、工作性能差、强度低等问题。本文使用陶粒,陶砂为粗细骨料,水胶比选为0.40,0.45,0.50,制备3组不同配合比的陶粒混凝土,测定其的体积密度,3天和28天龄期的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度。最终制备出体积密度为1393kg/m3,抗压强度28.91MPa 、劈拉强度4.07MPa的轻质陶粒混凝土。
Abstract: Because of its light weight and porosity, ceramsite concrete has good thermal insulation performance, it is a suitable material for out wall material. However, due to the high water absorption rate and low strength of ceramsite, the aggregate floating, poor workability are easy to occur in the preparation process of ceramsite concrete. Ceramsite is used as coarse aggregate and ceramsite sand is used as fine aggregate, water-binder ratio is 0.40, 0.45, 0.50, three groups ceramsite concrete were prepared. 3d and 28d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, and weight of ceramsite concrete were tested. Finally, the light ceramiste concrete with density of 1393kg/m3, compressive strength of 28.91MPa and tensile strength of 4.07MPa was produced.
