Measurement and Countermeasure Analysis of Agricultural Modernization Development Level in Yantai City:Based on the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

摘要： 根据烟台市践行乡村振兴战略的实际情况，借鉴前人的研究成果，从生产体系、经营管理体系、产业体系三个维度构建烟台市农业现代化三级指标体系，定量测度烟台市2008-2019年农业现代化发展的综合得分。研究结果表明：2008-2019年烟台市农业现代化整体上处于不断上升趋势，目前已经达到初步实现阶段，农业生产体系现代化、经营管理体系现代化、产业体系现代化水平不断提高。针对结果，从三个维度提出对策建议，旨在促进烟台市农业现代化的发展，实现乡村振兴。
Abstract: According to the actual situation of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in Yantai, drawing on the research results of predecessors, this paper constructs a three-level index system of Yantai agricultural modernization from three dimensions: production system, management system and industrial system, a quantitative measure of Yantai′s overall agricultural modernization performance in 2008-2019. The results show that the agricultural modernization in Yantai is on the rising trend from 2008 to 2019, and has reached the initial realization stage, the modernization of the agricultural production system, the operation and management system and the industrial system has been constantly improved. According to the result, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three dimensions, aiming at promoting the development of agricultural modernization in Yantai and realizing the revitalization of rural areas.
