Research and Application Analysis of Cost Control Method in EPC Project

摘要： EPC工程总承包项目内容涵盖设计、采购、施工全过程，是对工程项目全生命周期的综合管控。因此，EPC项目的成本控制受到诸多方面的影响，加强管控十分关键。本文首先针对EPC模式及其管理特点进行了简要阐述，其后围绕EPC项目中成本控制方法开展详细分析，并以宁远县职业中专新校区建设项目（EPC）为例，具体论述了EPC项目中成本控制方法的应用情况，以期可为类似工程提供有价值的参考。
Abstract: The EPC project general contracting project covers the whole process of design, procurement and construction, and is a comprehensive management and control of the entire life cycle of the engineering project. Therefore, the cost control of EPC projects is affected by many aspects, and it is very important to strengthen the control. This paper first briefly expounds the EPC model and its management characteristics, and then conducts a detailed analysis on the cost control method in the EPC project. The application of cost control methods is expected to provide a valuable reference for similar projects.
