Analysis and Control of Crank Fly-shear Crankshaft Assembly Gap Problem

摘要: 近年来,曲柄式飞剪曲轴及其相关核心部件装配和间隙管控问题在业内受到广泛关注,研究其相关课题,意义重大。本文首先对相关设备进行综述。并结合现场实践经验,分别从曲轴、钢套、铜套、轴承等多个角度,就飞剪曲轴存在的问题及解决方案展开了研究,得出了几点看法与认识,希望能对此类设备的维护有所帮助。
Abstract: In recent years, the assembly and clearance control of crank flying shear crankshaft and its related core components have received extensive attention in the industry, and it is of great significance to study its related topics. This paper first makes an overview of the relevant content, and combined with relevant practical experience, respectively, from the crankshaft, steel sleeve, copper sleeve, bearing and other aspects, the existing problems and solutions of flying shear crankshaft are studied, and some personal views and understanding are expounded, hoping to help the practice of related work.
