摘要： 医学组织入驻防城港国际医学开放试验区需要考虑是否有投资价值。影响试验区价值的因子包括基础设施、原材料、能源供应等，通过权重分析，对试验区价值影响较大的有政策环境、产业环境和基础设施等因子，各因子对价值影响有一定的敏感性，可以通过加大政策支持、布局产业结构、完善基础设施等措施有效的提升试验区价值。
Abstract: Medical organizations need to consider whether there is investment value in the Fangchenggang International Medical Open Pilot Zone. Factors affecting the value of the pilot area include infrastructure, raw materials, energy supply, etc. Through weight analysis, the factors that have a greater impact on the value of the pilot area include policy environment, industrial environment and infrastructure, and each factor has a certain sensitivity to the impact of value, the value of the pilot zone can be effectively enhanced by measures such as increasing policy support, laying out the industrial structure, and improving infrastructure.
