Exploration and Practice on Post-evaluation of Nuclear Power Project

摘要： 根据国家安全稳妥发展核电的要求，核电项目后评价的重要性日益凸显。核电工程具有安全质量要求高、建设周期长、接口管理复杂、投资大、社会影响广泛等特点。通过近几年核电项目后评价的探索与实践，核电企业明确了后评价的主要内容，并初步建立了一套符合核电工程特点的工作流程，但评价指标体系、评价水平、后评价反馈机制等方面尚需进一步提高和完善。本文对核电项目后评价工作进行了梳理，对存在的问题提出了改进建议，为核电项目后评价的进一步优化提供参考。
Abstract: According to the requirements of safe and stable development of nuclear power, the post-evaluation of nuclear power projects is becoming more and more important. Nuclear power project has the characteristics of high safety and quality requirements, long construction period, complex interface management, large investment and wide social impact. Through the exploration and practice on post-evaluation of nuclear power projects in recent years, nuclear power enterprises have preliminarily established a set of workflow in line with the characteristics of nuclear power projects, but the evaluation index system, evaluation level and post-evaluation feedback mechanism need to be further improved. This paper orders the post-evaluation work of nuclear power project, and puts forward improvement suggestions for the existing problems, so as to provide reference for the optimization of post-evaluation of nuclear power project.
