Procurement Management of Engineering Materials Based on BIM

摘要: 传统的工程材料采购管理存在着采购滞后、库存压力大、各方信息共享难度大等问题,进一步影响工程成本、质量和进度控制。基于BIM技术的工程材料采购管理,能有效的解决采购管理过程中面临的主要问题。在材料采购的各项工作流程中,都充分发挥BIM技术的可视化、协作、信息交互等特点,使得工程材料的采购管理变得更加有序、精准,进一步保证工程的质量与进度,降低工程成本。
Abstract: Traditional engineering material procurement management has problems such as lagging procurement, high inventory pressure, and difficulty in sharing information among all parties, which further affects project cost, quality and schedule control. The engineering material procurement management based on BIM technology can effectively solve the main problems faced in the procurement management process. In the various workflows of material procurement, the visualization, collaboration, and information interaction of BIM technology are fully utilized, which makes the procurement management of engineering materials more orderly and accurate. This can further ensure the quality and progress of the project and reduce the cost of the project.
