Study on the Treatment of Wastewater from a Lead-zinc Beneficiation

摘要:铅锌选矿废水主要来源是铅锌选矿厂,由于在生产过程中使用大量的浮选药剂,会产生大量的选矿废水,这些废水含有残留的浮选药剂导致COD的超标。针对铅锌选矿废水达标排放问题,对选矿废水进行氧化处理,达到去除COD的目的, 最终使废水能够回用或达标排放。实验结果表明采用次氯酸钙氧化工艺对选矿废水具有较好的处理效果。同时,具有COD去除效率高、运行成本低等优点。
Abstract: The main source of lead-zinc beneficiation wastewater is the lead-zinc beneficiation plant. Due to the use of a large amount of flotation agents in the production process, a large amount of beneficiation wastewater will be generated. These wastewaters contain residual flotation agents and cause COD exceeding the standard. In view of the discharge of lead and zinc ore dressing wastewater up to the standard, the ore dressing wastewater is oxidized to achieve the purpose of removing COD, and finally the wastewater can be reused or discharged up to the standard. The experimental results show that the calcium hypochlorite oxidation process has a better treatment effect on the beneficiation wastewater. At the same time, it has the advantages of high COD removal efficiency and low operating cost.
