Control Method of High-strength Bolt Pre-tightening Force Based on Overstretching

摘要:预紧力衰减是高强度螺栓紧固时必然存在的问题,在螺栓采用拉伸法紧固时尤其突出,当衰减后的残余预紧力不能满足设计要求时,将威胁设备的运行安全。本文提出了超张拉伸补偿预紧力衰减的方法,通过理论假设和实际工况验证,对超张拉伸的参数选择、施工过程、适用范围做了初步探讨。
Abstract: Preload attenuation is an inevitable problem when high-strength bolts are fastened, especially when the bolts are tightened by the tension method. When the residual preload after attenuation cannot meet the design requirements, it will threaten the operation safety of the equipment. In this paper, a method for compensating for the attenuation of pretension force by overstretching is proposed, and the parameter selection, construction process, and application scope of overstretching are preliminarily discussed through theoretical assumptions and verification of actual working conditions.
