摘要:上软下硬地层中小净距盾构施工引起的地表沉降问题是城市地铁盾构研究的重点问题,依托深圳地铁14号线工程,通过数值模拟和现场监测的方法研究了在上软下硬地层中盾构施工对地表沉降变形规律的影响,分析了小净距盾构隧道在不同硬层比中掘进的沉降规律。研究表明:硬层比对上软下硬地层地表横向沉降的影响较为显著,随着硬层的增大,地表最终沉降量逐渐减小且沉降槽逐渐变浅;上软下硬小净距盾构隧道施工引起的地表最大沉降量出现在隧道轴线靠内侧处;通过研究盾构施工引起的最大沉降量与硬层比之间的关系,建议将硬层比为20%~80%作为上软下硬地层地表变形规律研究的范围。
Abstract: The surface settlement caused by small and medium spacing shield construction in upper soft and lower hard strata is the key problem of urban subway shield research. Based on Shenzhen Metro Line 14 project, the influence of shield construction on surface settlement deformation law in upper soft and lower hard strata is studied by numerical simulation and field monitoring. According to the actual situation of the site, the settlement law of small spacing shield tunnel excavation in different hard layer ratios is analyzed. The research shows that the influence of the hard layer ratio on the lateral settlement of the surface in the upper soft and lower hard strata is relatively obvious. With the increase of the hard layer, the final surface settlement gradually decreases and the settlement trough gradually becomes shallow. The maximum settlement of the ground surface caused by the construction of the shield tunnel with upper soft and lower hard spacing occurs at the inner side of the tunnel axis. By studying the relationship between the maximum settlement caused by shield construction and the hard layer ratio, it is suggested that the hard layer ratio of 20%~80% should be used as the range of surface deformation law of upper soft and lower hard strata.
