摘要:为了探究融雪盐对沥青混合技术性能的影响规律及作用机理,制备了不同浓度的融雪盐溶液,对沥青混合料开展了融雪盐溶液浸泡处理,并进行了性能测试;研究结果表明:融雪盐浓度越高、浸泡时间越长,沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能及水稳定性能损失严重;融雪盐溶液通过混合料空隙渗入内部展开腐蚀;钠离子所产生的侵蚀飞散作用能够造成沥青黏结性能的失效,且浓度的提升及浸泡时间的延长而愈发显著;采用机械除雪、抑冰路面、无氯融雪盐、洒水冲洗等措施能够有效的避免沥青路面遭受常规融雪盐的腐蚀作用。
Abstract: In order to explore the influence law and mechanism of melting snow salt on the performance of asphalt mixing technology, melting snow salt solutions with different concentrations were prepared, and the asphalt mixture was soaked in melting snow salt solution, and the performance was tested; The results show that The higher the concentration of snowmelt salt and the longer the soaking time, the serious loss of high-temperature performance, low-temperature performance and water stability of asphalt mixture; The melting snow salt solution penetrates into the interior through the voids of the mixture to carry out corrosion; The erosion dispersion caused by sodium ion can cause the failure of asphalt bonding performance, and the increase of concentration and immersion time become more and more significant. Measures such as mechanical snow removal, ice suppression pavement, chlorine free snow melting salt and watering can effectively avoid the corrosion of asphalt pavement by conventional snow melting salt.
