Application of Nanocomposite Cement Concrete in Building Foundation Structure

摘要:为了研究本纳米复合材料水泥混凝土的材料配比及其在房屋基础结构中是否可以应用,选择了纳米SiO2和纳米Fe2O3为原材料,研究了两种纳米材料在水泥混凝土中的合理掺量,提出纳米复合材料水泥混凝土材料的推荐用量,并将研究成果在潍坊某高层建筑的基础工程中进行了使用。本文主要的研究结论如下:不同龄期纳米复合材料水泥混凝土的强度不同,且达到了早强型混凝土的要求;当纳米SiO2掺量为水泥质量的1.5%和纳米Fe2O3掺量为水泥质量的1.2%时,纳米复合材料水泥混凝土拥有最大的抗压强度;纳米Fe2O3对纳米复合材料水泥混凝土的抗折强度的提升是有着主导作用的;纳米复合材料水泥混凝土在房屋基础工程使用效果良好,具有较大的推广应用价值。
Abstract: In order to study the material ratio of the nanocomposite cement concrete and whether it can be applied in the building infrastructure, nano-SiO2 and nano-Fe2O3 are selected as raw materials, the reasonable mixing amount of the two nano materials in cement concrete is studied, and the recommended dosage of nanocomposite cement concrete is put forward, The research results are used in the foundation engineering of a high-rise building in Weifang. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the strength of nanocomposite cement concrete at different ages is different, and meets the requirements of early strength concrete; When the content of Nano-SiO2 is 1.5% of the mass of cement and the content of nano-Fe2O3 is 1.2% of the mass of cement, the nanocomposite cement concrete has the maximum compressive strength; Nano Fe2O3 plays a leading role in improving the flexural strength of nanocomposite cement concrete; Nanocomposite cement concrete has good application effect in building foundation engineering, and has great popularization and application value.
