Research on BIM Technology in the Whole Process of Prefabricated Building Construction Consultation

摘要：2013年以来，中国经济进入增速换挡的新常态发展阶段，随着新型城镇化进程加快，高质量发展要求房地产转型，升级与创新。房地产业是推动我国经济快速发展的重要力量，改变了我国城镇住房短缺的状况，取得了历史性成就。但伴随着快速发展，传统建筑业的弊端也不断凸显，如粗放发展，不注重绿色发展。大力推动建筑业工业化、信息化、绿色化等是实现我国建筑产业现代化的重要途径。因此，本文旨在基于目前BIM技术，构建装配式建筑智能建造体系，并结合全过程工程咨询，以期对我国建筑业的转型和发展起到积极的推动作用。
Abstract: Since 2013, China's economy has entered the new normal development stage of shifting gears of growth. With the acceleration of new urbanization process, high-quality development requires real estate transformation, upgrading and innovation. The real estate industry is an important force to promote the rapid development of China's economy. It has changed the situation of shortage of urban housing in China and made historic achievements.??However, with the rapid development, the disadvantages of the traditional construction industry are also constantly highlighted, such as extensive development, not paying attention to green development. It is an important way to realize the modernization of China's construction industry to vigorously promote industrialization, information and green construction industry.?Therefore, this paper aims to build an intelligent construction system of prefabricated buildings based on the current BIM technology, combined with the whole process of engineering consulting, in order to play a positive role in promoting the transformation and development of China's construction industry.
