Main Measures for Flatness Control of High-speed Railway CRTSⅢ Track Slab

摘要:在具有我国自主知识产权的 CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道结构中,轨道板主要采用双向先张预应力混凝土结构。轨道板在实体使用中,在运行的过程中曾经有 CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道板平面度翘曲超偏的问题,,为有针对性的进行平面度控制,本文对轨道板平面度产生影响的两种主要措施方案进行简单介绍,通过两种措施的实施成功解决了高速铁路CRTSⅢ型轨道板翘曲的问题,为高铁的运行安全提供了安全保障。
Abstract: In the CRTS III slab ballastless track structure with China's independent intellectual property rights, the track slab mainly adopts the bidirectional pre-tensioned prestressed concrete structure. In the actual use of the track slab, the flatness of the CRTS III slab ballastless track slab was warped and over-biased during the operation. In order to control the flatness in a targeted manner, this paper has an impact on the flatness of the track slab. The two main measures and schemes of the high-speed railway are briefly introduced. The implementation of the two measures has successfully solved the warping problem of the high-speed railway CRTS III track slab, and provided a safety guarantee for the operation safety of the high-speed railway.
