Design and Construction of University Campus Epidemic Prevention and Control Management Platform Based on WeCom

摘要：在“后疫情时代”，大规模疫情已得到了有效控制，但是仍有小规模疫情爆发，部分高校因此临时采取封闭管理措施。在封闭管理期间，查看通知不及时、物品短缺、统计信息难等问题不时出现。本文针对上述问题，经过实地调研和查阅文献，提出了“基于企业微信的大学校园疫情防控管理平台”设计方案。本方案基于现有软件，实现通知发布与查阅、统计信息活动、任务发布与完成等结合多重功能于一体的疫情防控管理平台，能够在一定程度上解决目前存在的问题。
Abstract: In the "Post-Pandemic", the large-scale epidemic has been effectively controlled, but there are still small-scale outbreaks in China, some universities temporarily take enclosed management measures. During the enclosed management, problems such as untimely notice, shortage of goods and hard statistics appeared from time to time. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a design scheme of "University Campus Epidemic Prevention and Control Management Platform Based on WeCom" through field research and literature review. Based on the existing software, this program realizes the epidemic prevention and control management platform integrating multiple functions, such as announcements release and access, statistical activities, tasks release and completion, which can solve the existing problems to a certain extent.
