Study on Influencing Factors of Hot Set of Cable XLPE Insulation under Standard Conditions

摘要:基于GB/T 2951.21-2008热延伸性能测试方法,在标准规定条件下,采用控制变量法开展了电缆交联聚乙烯绝缘热延伸试验,分析了试验温度、试样厚度和取样部位对试验结果的影响。研究表明:在标准规定条件范围内,取样部位越靠近导体,热延伸性能越差,试样厚度和试验温度对热延伸性能影响不大。
Abstract: Based on GB/T 2951.21-2008 hot set test method, under the conditions specified in the standard, the hot set test of cable XLPE insulation is carried out by using the control variable method, and the effects of test temperature, sample thickness and sampling position on the test results are analyzed. The results show that within the range of standard conditions, the closer the sampling part is to the conductor, the worse the hot set is, and the sample thickness and test temperature have little effect on hot set.
