摘要：科技型独角兽企业的知识产权管理水平决定着其参与市场竞争的实力和水平，有效管理知识产权，有助于实现企业经济效益最大化。本文在科技型独角兽企业知识产权管理状况的研究基础上，对进一步加强知识产权管理提出建议，希望在人才引进等环节制定切合实际全流程知识产权管理体系，设立相对独立的知识产权部门，充分保障企业知识产权收益，建立完善的资产评估体系和成果转化激励机制，推进知识产权成果转化，加强重点领域知识产权储备，为企业创造更好的经济效益，助力我国经济良性发展。
Abstract: The intellectual property management level of a technology unicorn determines its strength and level of participating in market competition. Effective management of intellectual property is conducive to maximizing the economic benefits of enterprises. Based on the research of intellectual property management status of technological unicorn enterprises, this paper puts forward suggestions for further strengthening intellectual property management, hoping to establish a practical intellectual property management system for the whole process in the links of talent introduction, set up a relatively independent intellectual property department, full guarantee enterprise intellectual property income, establish a sound asset evaluation system and incentive mechanism for achievement transformation, promote the transformation of intellectual property achievements, strengthen the reserve of intellectual property in key areas, and create better economic returns for enterprises and help the sound development of China's economy.
