摘要： 近年来，EPC总承包管理模式一直在中国的工程建设中产生着重要的影响，EPC总承包管理模式的实行既带动和促进了建设项目的勘测、设计、施工等各个环节和阶段间的深层次融合，又规范地管理了建设资金，大大提升了项目投资效益，以此同时，它也存在价格激励机制不健全和相关制度不完善等社会现实性上的问题。本章简要地阐述了EPC的承包管理的定义及其特点，列举了几个管理过程中遇到的关键性问题，同时针对如何完善与解决这些问题提出了针对性看法与意见，供类似项目管理提供参考。
Abstract: In recent years, the EPC general contracting management model has been playing an important role in the operation of engineering projects in China. The implementation of the EPC general contracting management model can not only drive and promote the survey, design, construction and other links and stages of construction projects It also manages the funds of construction projects reasonably and greatly improves the benefits of the project. At the same time, it also faces the problems of social reality such as the imperfect and perfect price incentive mechanism. This chapter briefly expounds the definition and characteristics of EPC contract management, points out several key issues, and also puts forward some views and opinions on how to improve and improve these issues.
