Research on Economic Benefits and Balance of Land Development in Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration under the Background of New Urbanization

摘要: 在我国新型城镇化背景下,构建评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、土地开发失衡指数模型,对珠三角城市群2019年城市土地利用综合效益及土地开发均衡性进行测度。结果:①珠三角城市群的国土开发规模总体差异较小。②珠三角城市群国土开发规模与城市经济效益整体处于协调发展阶段。③珠三角城市群国土开发均衡度差异较大。建议:控制严重过度开发城市的建设用地规模,在指标上对于严重开发不足的城市予以倾斜。
Abstract: Under the background of China's new urbanization, an evaluation index system is constructed, and the coupling coordination degree model and the land development imbalance index model are used to measure the comprehensive benefits of urban land use and the balance of land development in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration in 2019. Results: ① The overall difference in the scale of land development in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is small. ② The scale of land development and urban economic benefits of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration are in a coordinated development stage as a whole. ③ The balance of land development in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration varies greatly. Suggestion: Control the scale of construction land in severely over-developed cities, and give preference to severely under-developed cities in terms of indicators.
